Privacy

Short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only for the reason on the form, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect

Reminder sign-up: your email address and the species you pick.
Quote request: your name, email, optional phone, the unit, species, weapon, dates and message you enter.
Outfitter listing request: the business and contact details you enter.
With each form we also store the time, your browser's user agent and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam.

How we use it

Reminder emails go only to the address you gave, only about Utah draw dates. Every email will have a way to unsubscribe.
Quote requests are passed only to outfitters listed for the unit and species you chose, and only when you tick the consent box. We never post your details on the site.
Outfitter contact details are used to verify and manage the listing. Outfitter phone numbers, emails and websites are never shown on the site.

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.

Deleting your data

Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will delete your records.
